Gizlilik Politikası

UnfEx ("biz", "uygulama" veya "hizmet"), kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğini korumayı taahhüt eder. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Yerel Veriler (Yalnızca Cihazınızda Kalır):

• Hızlı takipçi analizi sonuçları ve karşılaştırma verileri
• Profil görüntüleme geçmişi (son aramalar)
• Profil enstantane (snapshot) verileri — takipçi/takip/gönderi sayıları (yalnızca delta hesaplaması için, 30 gün sonra otomatik silinir)
• Hikaye görüntüleme oturumu (kalıcı saklanmaz)
• Uygulama tercihleri ve ayarları

Sunucuya Gönderilen Veriler:

• Anonim cihaz kimliği (SHA-256 hash) — Apple ile Giriş yapılmadığında bile lisans/abonelik doğrulaması için kullanılır. Bu hash, kişisel bilgi içermez ve geriye doğru çözülemez.
• IP adresi — güvenlik ve kötüye kullanım tespiti için (en fazla 30 gün saklanır)
• Temel teknik bilgiler (işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü)
• Apple ile Giriş yapıldığında (isteğe bağlı): Apple tarafından sağlanan kullanıcı kimliği ve e-posta adresi (gerçek veya Apple'ın gizli yönlendirme adresi)

2. Apple ile Giriş (İsteğe Bağlı)

Apple ile Giriş, UnfEx'i kullanmak için zorunlu değildir. Uygulamayı Apple hesabınızı bağlamadan, anonim olarak kullanabilirsiniz. İsterseniz daha sonra Ayarlar ekranından Apple hesabınızı bağlayabilirsiniz. Bağlamayı seçtiğinizde:

• Apple tarafından sağlanan benzersiz kullanıcı kimliği saklanır
• E-posta adresiniz (paylaşmayı seçerseniz) hesap yönetimi için saklanır
• "E-postamı Gizle" seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz — bu durumda Apple'ın oluşturduğu gizli e-posta adresi saklanır
• Apple şifreniz hiçbir zaman bizimle paylaşılmaz
• Apple ile Giriş bağlandığında, daha önce anonim cihaz kimliğiniz altında oluşturulmuş abonelik kayıtları Apple kimliğinize birleştirilir

3. E-posta Kullanımı ve Pazarlama

E-posta adresiniz yalnızca Apple ile Giriş yaptığınızda toplanır. Anonim kullanımda hiçbir e-posta adresi sunucumuza ulaşmaz.

• Hesap Yönetimi: Giriş, hesap doğrulama, abonelik kurtarma
• Destek: Teknik destek talepleri ve yanıtları
• Pazarlama İletişimi: Yeni özellikler, güncellemeler, kampanyalar, indirimler ve promosyonlar hakkında bilgilendirme
• Hizmet Bildirimleri: Önemli değişiklikler, bakım duyuruları

Apple ile Giriş yaparak, e-posta adresinizin pazarlama amaçlı kullanılmasına açık onay vermiş olursunuz. Pazarlama e-postalarından istediğiniz zaman çıkabilirsiniz:

• Uygulama ayarlarından "Pazarlama E-postaları" seçeneğini kapatarak
• destek@unfex.app adresine "Abonelikten Çık" konulu e-posta göndererek

4. Toplanmayan Veriler

Aşağıdaki veriler hiçbir şekilde toplanmaz, saklanmaz veya işlenmez:

• Instagram kullanıcı adı veya şifresi
• Apple hesap şifresi
• Kişisel kimlik bilgileri (TC kimlik no, pasaport vb.)
• Instagram içerikleri (fotoğraflar, mesajlar, hikayeler vb.)
• Görüntülenen profillere ait takipçi/takip listeleri (sunucuya hiçbir zaman gönderilmez)
• Konum verisi, kişiler, takvim, fotoğraf kütüphanesi

5. Veri İşleme ve Depolama

• Tüm takipçi/profil analiz işlemleri cihazınızda yerel olarak gerçekleştirilir.
• Profil enstantane (snapshot) verileri — örneğin bir profilin önceki ve şu anki takipçi sayısı farkı — yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur ve 30 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
• Son aramalar listesi yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve istediğiniz zaman temizlenebilir.
• Hikaye verisi yalnızca görüntüleme süresince bellekte tutulur; kalıcı diske yazılmaz.
• Lisans/abonelik doğrulaması için yalnızca anonim cihaz kimliği (hash) ve — Apple ile Giriş yapıldıysa — Apple kullanıcı kimliği kullanılır.
• E-posta adresleri (varsa) yalnızca hesap yönetimi için kullanılır ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
• Güvenlik logları en fazla 30 gün saklanır ve ardından silinir.

6. Veri Güvenliği

• Sunucu iletişimi HTTPS ile şifrelenir.
• HMAC-SHA256 ile güvenli API iletişimi sağlanır.
• E-posta adresleri güvenli sunucularda şifreli olarak saklanır.

7. Üçüncü Taraflar

• Verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
• Reklam ağları veya analitik servisleri kullanılmaz.
• Yasal zorunluluk dışında veri aktarımı yapılmaz.

8. Çerezler ve İzleme

Uygulama, temel işlevsellik için yerel depolama (localStorage) kullanır. Üçüncü taraf çerezleri veya izleme teknolojileri kullanılmaz.

9. Çocukların Gizliliği

Hizmetimiz 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki bireylerden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.

10. Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Verilerinize erişim talep etme
• Verilerinizin düzeltilmesini isteme
• Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme
• Veri işlemeye itiraz etme

11. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu gizlilik politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.

Privacy Policy

UnfEx ("we", "app" or "service") is committed to protecting our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected.

1. Data Collected

Local Data (Stays on Your Device Only):

• Quick follower analysis results and comparison data
• Profile view history (recent searches)
• Profile snapshot data — follower/following/post counts (used only for delta calculation; auto-deleted after 30 days)
• Story viewing session (not persisted)
• App preferences and settings

Data Sent to Server:

• Anonymous device identifier (SHA-256 hash) — used for license/subscription verification even when Sign in with Apple is not used. This hash contains no personal information and is not reversible.
• IP address — for security and abuse detection (stored maximum 30 days)
• Basic technical information (operating system, app version)
• When Sign in with Apple is used (optional): the user identifier provided by Apple and the email address (real or Apple's private relay address)

2. Sign in with Apple (Optional)

Sign in with Apple is not required to use UnfEx. You may use the app anonymously without linking your Apple account. If you wish, you can link your Apple account later from the Settings screen. When you choose to link:

• The unique user identifier provided by Apple is stored
• Your email address (if you choose to share it) is stored for account management
• You can use the "Hide My Email" option — in this case, Apple's generated private email address is stored
• Your Apple password is never shared with us
• Once Sign in with Apple is linked, subscription records previously created under your anonymous device identifier are merged into your Apple identity

3. Email Usage and Marketing

Your email address is collected only when you use Sign in with Apple. In anonymous use, no email address reaches our server.

• Account Management: Login, account verification, subscription recovery
• Support: Technical support requests and responses
• Marketing Communications: Information about new features, updates, campaigns, discounts and promotions
• Service Notifications: Important changes, maintenance announcements

By signing in with Apple, you give explicit consent for your email address to be used for marketing purposes. You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time:

• By disabling "Marketing Emails" option in app settings
• By sending an email with subject "Unsubscribe" to destek@unfex.app

4. Data NOT Collected

The following data is never collected, stored or processed:

• Instagram username or password
• Apple account password
• Personal identification information (ID numbers, passport, etc.)
• Instagram content (photos, messages, stories, etc.)
• Follower/following lists of viewed profiles (never transmitted to the server)
• Location data, contacts, calendar, photo library

5. Data Processing and Storage

• All follower/profile analysis operations are performed locally on your device.
• Profile snapshot data — for example, the difference between a profile's previous and current follower count — is stored only on your device and is automatically deleted after 30 days.
• The recent searches list is stored only on your device and can be cleared at any time.
• Story data is held in memory only during viewing and is never written to persistent disk.
• Only the anonymous device identifier (hash) and — if Sign in with Apple is used — the Apple user identifier are used for license/subscription verification.
• Email addresses (if any) are used only for account management and are not shared with third parties.
• Security logs are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted.

6. Data Security

• Server communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Secure API communication with HMAC-SHA256.
• Email addresses are stored encrypted on secure servers.

7. Third Parties

• Your data is not shared with third parties.
• No advertising networks or analytics services are used.
• No data transfer except legal obligations.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The app uses local storage (localStorage) for basic functionality. No third-party cookies or tracking technologies are used.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13.

10. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Request access to your data
• Request correction of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to data processing

11. Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
